Get Better The Right Way
All are welcome to our Sports Injury Clinic – Bromley. At SMSM Therapy we offer a unique and modern-day twist in long-term rehabilitation. We believe patient learning is the most powerful method of staying on top of your symptoms, diet, exercises, treatments and injury prevention.
Our Practitioners
Our therapists are experienced in soft tissue treatment, and every appointment starts with an assessment rather than a standard routine. Our treatments cover deep tissue massage, sports massage, spinal manipulation, medical acupuncture, cupping, pregnancy massage and exercise programmes. Whether you are injured, suffering from back pain, neck pain, sciatica or a running injury such as runner’s knee, you are always welcomed — see the full list of conditions we treat in Bromley.
Our Process
Every patient is different therefore all treatments are different too. The first phase of treatment will begin with an initial consultation or a FREE posture analysis. This is where the therapist assesses your movement and explains the reasoning behind your pain. A posture analysis picture will also be taken and analysed using markers so you can see exactly what your posture looks like. A structured plan will then be explained to you before commencing an appropriate treatment. The second phase will focus on reducing pain. This will be done by providing regular treatments and exercises. Finally, your therapist will adapt the treatments and exercises to realign your posture. This will ensure that those aches and pains are long gone and that you feel great again.
