About us – SMSM Therapy is an independent sports injury clinic located in Bromley. People come to us with a fresh injury, with back pain that will not settle, before an event, or just for a check.

Post-Treatment Effects
At SMSM Therapy Ltd., we would rather tell you up front what a treatment can leave you with. Some therapies, including cupping, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, spinal manipulation, dry-needling, and Graston Technique, may result in temporary effects such as soreness, bruising, redness, fatigue, inflammation, mild headaches, skin discoloration, or localized pain. These reactions are a natural response to treatment and typically subside within a few days.
About Us
At SMSM Therapy, every appointment starts with an assessment, so the treatment fits the problem rather than a set routine. Our therapists are experienced in their field and take the time to do a thorough job.
You see the same therapists each time, and they will tell you what they are working on and why. If something is not working we will say so, and we will tell you when you no longer need to keep booking in.
Our Therapists
Dharam Vyas
Dharam Vyas studied BSc. Applied Sports Science at Southampton Solent University. Whilst studying this course, his fascination with anatomy and the human body, coupled with a strong personal interest in rehabilitation were his two main motivators behind his desire to become a fully qualified Sports Therapist.
During University, Dharam undertook a Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Manipulation and Corrective Exercise (Level 5). He later began his Sports Therapy career at Back To Health Chiropractic and later completed diploma courses in OMT Spinal Manipulation and Professional Acupuncture.
Atlanta Robinson
Atlanta graduated from the University of Essex with Hons studying Sports Therapy. She has gained many years of clinical experience working in sports facilities and private clinics. A very bubbly, emphatic and motivated person with genuine passion for helping people with their injuries and pain.
Dwaine Henderson
Dwaine Henderson holds the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. He works across the full range of soft tissue treatment at the clinic, from sports and deep tissue massage through to maintenance work for desk-based clients, and is known for taking his time over an assessment rather than going straight to the couch. Clients regularly comment on how clearly he explains what he has found and what to do about it between sessions.
Between us the team covers sports massage, deep tissue massage, spinal manipulation, medical acupuncture, cupping, pregnancy massage, posture analysis and tailored exercise programmes.
